How it works
A stream of grain mixed with stones is fluidised by air. Material enters at the higher end; heavier impurities settle on the oscillating fine-mesh deck and are walked up to the stone outlet, while clean grain floats down to the lower end. The aspiration system has a blower, cyclone and rotary airlock valve.
Key features
- Removes stones, mud lumps, glass, metallic fragments and immature grains
- Built-in cleaning prevents screen blockage; interchangeable screens
- Minimal moving parts, low maintenance
- Free-swinging sieve on rubber springs, driven by vibrators
- Adjustable throw angle and stroke
