Design and engineering
Machines and plants are designed in-house by an experienced design office. Licensed 2D and 3D CAD software is used for manufacturing drawings, complete plant layouts and foundation details, so civil work and erection can proceed from our drawings.
Manufacturing
- All equipment manufactured in-house in Ahmedabad, ensuring quality and reliable delivery
- Fabrication in MS, CS, CI, SS-304/316 and SS-lined constructions
- Dynamically balanced rotors for pulverizers, mills and hydro mills
- Close-tolerance fabrication for airtight, low-leakage classifier mills
- Custom-built machines and systems to customer requirements
Demonstration and trial room
- All types (12 nos.) of pulverizers installed
- Different pulleys, screens, gap plates and grinding elements for trials on customer materials
- Test sieves and weighing for dry and wet sieve analysis
- More than 500 material samples and 4,000 data records for reference
- Other key equipment such as bag weigher, gyro screen and air classifier kept for trials
Erection, commissioning and spares
The group’s ancillary unit, Metamech Engineers, supplies wear parts — pellet dies, rollers, hammers, screens — keeps a stocked spares store for short-notice supply, and provides erection, commissioning and troubleshooting services.
